Directions to the Seaside Victorian Home

From the South ~ Most Direct Route
- Take I-95 North to Exit # 92 (last CT exit)
- At stop light, take a right on to Rt. 2
- Proceed through 2 stop lights and take a right onto Rt. 78 to end
- Take a left on Rt. 1 and proceed about 21 miles to the first
Narragansett Exit
- Take a right at the stop sign and go to the 2nd stop light, the
intersection of Rt. 108
- Take a left and go under the Rt. 1 overpass to the Dillon Rotary
- Take the first right off the rotary and follow signs to Narraganset
and North 1A (this is Kingstown Rd.).
- Go straight through the next stop light and Kingstown Rd. becomes Narragansett Ave. (Approx. 0.7 miles).
- # 52 Narragansett Ave. is on the right, 3 houses up from the corner
(Approx. 0.2 miles).

From the South ~ Alternate Route when Heavy Traffic
- Take I-95 North Toward Providence.
- Take exit #3A (RI-138 East) onto Kingstown Rd. toward Newport/Kingston (Approx. 5.5 miles). Continue to follow RI-138 (Approx. 5.1 miles).
- Turn right on Kingstown Rd. (RI-108) and continue through the town of Wakefield, RI until the Rt. 1 Overpass (Approx. 5.1 miles).
- Bear to the left around the Dillon Rotary (go about 50% around to the 2nd road). Follow signs to Narraganset & North 1A (this is Kingstown Rd.).
- Go straight through the next stop light and Kingstown Rd. becomes Narragansett Ave. (Approx. 0.7 miles).
- # 52 Narragansett Ave. is on the right, 3 houses up from the corner
(Approx. 0.2 miles).

From the North
- Take I-95 South from Providence 12.0
miles.
- Take exit #9 (left fork) on to RI-4 South towards Newport/So. County 10
miles.
- RI-4 South becomes US-1 South(Tower Hill Rd). Continue on US-1 South to Wakefield, RI 7 miles.
- Pass the Wakefield exit, go under the overpass and take the very next exit (marked Narragansett/Point Judith/Scarborough) 0.1 miles.
- Turn Left at stop light onto Kingstown Rd 0.1 miles.
- Bear around the Dillon Rotary(go only 20% around to the first road). Follow signs to Narragansett & North 1A (this is Kingstown Rd.) 0.1 miles.
- Go straight through the next stop light and Kingstown Rd becomes Narragansett Ave. 0.7 miles.
- # 52 Narragansett Ave. is on the right, 3 houses up from the corner 0.3 miles.
